Kappa founded Woodbourne Homes, the predecessor to Woodbourne Group, where he successfully transacted more than £130m worth of Real Estate deals. Kappa has wide commercial experience with over 30 years in property development and investment. This invaluable experience is used to bolster the board team at Woodbourne Group and proves crucial during complex transactions. As an experienced investor, Kappa holds senior appointments at several successful companies spanning from retail, finance, leisure and care.
Tani is responsible and accountable for the overall operation and management of Woodbourne Group. Tani holds a post-graduate Masters degree in Real Estate in which his performance was considered ‘exemplary’ by the Board of Examiners and the University Dean; a testament to his knowledge in the field. Tani is the first person to produce a conclusive report on the nexus between macroeconomic variables and the UK housing market. Since 2015, he has brought nearly £40m worth of development projects forward by ensuring the effective execution of the Group’s business plan. He has experience in the creation of joint ventures with both UK and international partners. Tani is also a mentor to the Business School students of University of Wolverhampton and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Kimberley joined Woodbourne Group from St Modwen Properties PLC where she was responsible for staff management, credit control, tenant coordination and lease management. She now plays an active role in the day to day running of Woodbourne Group. She is the first point of call for all queries relating to the residential portfolio; ensures income is maximised through timely tenant rent reviews, lease renewals and effective rental management. Kimberley is also responsible for devising and maintaining office systems and ensures weekly payments are processed on time.
Ravi has over 20 years of experience in the business industry and has been part of our team since 2000. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the business, cash flows and tenant liaison.
